This approach creates an atmosphere of accountability and pride in ones workmanship. Echo Quality Grinding’s quality system works. From setup, first piece inspection to final inspection, we monitor processing, reliability and accuracy. We also maintain preventative maintenance to insure production doesn’t suffer because of down equipment. Every gage set up is calibrated before it makes it to the shop floor by standards traceable to N.I.S.T. and double checked with our standard of “two different ways two different people”.
